Her career spans over 20 years within mining and utilities, management consultancy, initially as a civil engineer, then research analyst and Manager Asset Management. Carla worked as Innovation Manager at Monadelphous Maintenance and as Digital Operations Manager at Westrac CAT Technology. She worked as Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the WA School of Mines (Curtin University) where she lectured Asset Management and Mine Maintenance and supervised several PhD students. She received engineering awards in Australia and overseas. Her interests include training and developing mining professionals in Automation and Data Decision Science.
